A lot of his works were awarded by various international forums such as EPICA, Golden Drum, LIAA, Golden Hammer, ADCR, ÊÌÔÐ, CIFA, MMFR, EFFIE, Idea!.
Alexey Fadeyev is one of the most competent and respected art-directors in Russian advertising community, the winner of National prize of Russian Academy of Advertising in 2003 as the best creative director.
The jury member of Cannes Lions, Cresta Awards, red dot, ÌÌÔÐ and others.
Since 1998 - co-founder and permanent creative director of Depot WPF.
