Homemade wine according to an old Russian tradition, inherited from grandparents, is made in a very special way using all fruit one can find in a garden of a common Moscow-region «dacha». During the fermentation process the wine jars are covered with rubber gloves not to let the fresh air in and to indicate the wine condition. These glove tradition is well-known all over ex-USSR and has become a symbol of a whole epoch.
