Venskiy Tsekh range made by the Bolshevik factory — the oldest of all the cake and pastry factories still operating in Moscow: it was at this plant that the factory’s founder, Adolph Siu, began its operations back in 1855. Today the Viennese Shop brand includes over 60 types of cakes and pastries made using traditional Soviet recipes, as well as a chain of retail stores.
